We’re excited to announce that on Thursday, November 3rd, we held our groundbreaking ceremony celebrating our construction.

Guests were able to get a taste of the Ouanalao lifestyle with island-style food and refreshments, tropical music and the sound of waves lapping the shoreline. In this blog post, we’ll discuss the insider details of our groundbreaking ceremony.

Kombi Keg offered guests an array of beers and lemonade straight from their unique Volkswagen bar.

Polito Brothers Catering & Mobile Bar offered unique, eclectic, & creative food items (like mouthwatering mahi tacos, delicious crab cakes, teriyaki chicken, and more.)

Melanie’s Sweet Treats created custom Ouanalao Residences & Resort cookies for the guests
Photographer, Joshua Kodis took phenomenal photos of the event and guests.

Rythmtrail, a Caribbean steel drum band, played amazing music during the celebration.

And last but not least, The Buzz Agency helped with planning and setting up the event.
